Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA) has requested the Departments of Justice, State, Homeland Security and Labor investigate visas issued to foreign workers hired by a Tesla sub-contractor to build a Tesla factory in Fremont, California.
